NBC Unveils Premiere Date For Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 6

Brooklyn Nine-Nine is making the switch from Fox to NBC next year for its new season and NBC has announced when the move is taking place.

The Season 6 premiere will happen Thursday, Jan. 10.  Brooklyn Nine-Nine will take over the time-slot currently filled by Will & Grace. Joining it in a new time period will be The Good Place, where it will follow Brooklyn Nine-Nine until it wraps up its third season on Jan. 24.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine has an 18 episode order by NBC for its sixth season. The transition to NBC should be mostly seamless, aside from Chelsea Peretti exiting the series on a full time basis.  Pairing it with The Good Place makes for a great comedy duo.

Check out a short promo of the move below.
