Not only do WWE stars like Hulk Hogan, Vince McMahon, and Ric Flair talk about his life, but actors like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Billy Crystal, and Robin Wright examine his work. Andre’s giant size acted as both a blessing and curse, offering him super-stardom inside the ring with mockery and physical ailments outside of it.
Growing up a big wrestling fan, I was a bit young during the height of Andre’s stardom and have only vague memories of him in the ring. I look forward to checking out the documentary and gaining more insight into his life.
