Netflix continues to round out the cast for its upcoming Cowboy Bebop live-action adaptation. The latest addition is actress Elena Satine.
Satine will portray Julia, described as “a sultry beauty and a voice to die for, she is the dreamlike object of Spike Spiegel’s desire. She struggles to survive in a violent world.”
Already announced as part of the Cowboy Bebop cast are John Cho as Spike Spiegel, Mustafa Shakir as Jet Black, Daniella Pineda as Faye Valentine, and Alex Hassel as Vicious.
I’m most familiar with Elena Satine from her work on The Gifted. She certainly has the look based on the brief character description. Cowboy Bebop is one of the classic anime series I would always hear about, but have never watched in full. I plan to rectify that before this live-action adaptation hits Netflix.
