Killing Eve Gets Double Exposure With Season 2 Simulcast On AMC

Killing Eve premiered last year and quickly proved to be a critical and commercial hit. Season 2 is poised to reach an even bigger audience with new exposure on AMC.

When Season 2 begins April 7, Killing Eve will be simulcast on both AMC and BBC America, the show’s original home. This is a smart play to bring the series to a much deserved wider audience. BBC America is mostly known for Doctor Who and for me personally, the exceptional Orphan Black. It does not have nearly the same channel recognition that AMC does.

Thanks in large part to The Walking Dead, AMC is one of the few basic cable channels that casual TV viewers might be really familiar with. Anything that brings more people to Killing Eve is a win in my book. It was one of my favorite shows last year with standout performances from both Sandra Oh and Jodie Comer. The first season can currently be streamed on Hulu.
