Netflix Offers Look At Animated Anthology Series – Love, Death & Robots

Netflix continues to invest heavily into animation and its latest series, Love, Death &  Robots looks to expand that investment in a new direction.

Filmmakers David Fincher and Tim Miller have teamed up to make Love, Death & Robots, an adult animated anthology series a reality. Featuring animators from across the globe, each animated short will run anyone from 5 to 15 minutes long.

There are a total of 18 short films covering topics like racism, government, war, free will, and human nature. The short trailer unveiled by Netflix offers a rapid-fire release of what to expect. Not only is there a variety of animation styles from 2D to realistic 3D CGI, the shorts cover a variety of genres from science fiction and fantasy to horror and comedy.
