Killing Eve Scores Early Season 3 Renewal

Killing Eve may have just returned for Season 2, but the series has already been renewed for a third season by BBC America.

The early vote of confidence is well earned for Killing Eve. Not only did it prove to be a critical hit during its first season earning numerous nominations and awards, it also was a ratings success building its audience with each episode.

The positive word of mouth and promotion only ramped up leading into the Season 2 premiere. With the series this year being simulcast on AMC and BBC America, Killing Eve achieved series high viewer numbers.

Accompanying the news of the quick renewal, BBC America also announced Suzanne Heathcote will be the new showrunner for Season 3. She follows in the footsteps of Phoebe Waller-Bridge who was in charge of Season 1 and Emerald Fennell who currently leads Season 2.
