Next month the Marvel/Netflix partnership on streaming series comes to a close. Jessica Jones Season 3 will be the last show to air and we now know when it will premiere.
Netflix has revealed the final season will debut on June 14. The brief date announcement video doesn’t show much footage, but offers a tease of the new threat, a brilliant psychopath Jessica must contend with. She won’t be able to do so alone and must reconcile with former friend/sister Trish to take him down.
The friendship between the pair ended in a terrible place at the end of last season. This new threat that emerges must be very bad to force them to work together again. Hopefully the new antagonist works better than Jessica’s mother did in Season 2. I enjoy Krysten Ritter a lot in the role and feel like she embodies the character. If this is the last we see of her as Jessica, it should end on a high note. Check out the date announcement below.
