Netflix continues to invest in delivering big-budget original movies for its streaming platform. The latest example is the Michael Bay directed action movie 6 Underground.
If there is one thing clear from the trailer, it’s that Netflix was not afraid to cut the check for Bay’s latest project. Featuring exotic locales, explosions, car chases, and magnetic set-pieces, the film looks to deliver everything you would expect in a big screen experience.
6 Underground stars Ryan Reynolds as the leader of a group of elite operatives presumed dead. Using that freedom, the group sets out to do good and eliminate evil threats without having to answer to anyone. Rounding out the cast are Mélanie Laurent, Manuel Garcia-Rulfo, Adria Arjona, Corey Hawkins, and Ben Hardy.
