Stranger Things is the biggest original series Netflix has produced, so it’s no surprise it will be back for Season 4.
While speculation had the series returning as a no-brainer, Netflix has officially confirmed the show’s return. In addition to green-lighting another season of Stranger Things, Netflix has signed The Duffer Brothers, creators of the series, to a multi-year film and series deal. The duo joins Ryan Murphy, Shonda Rhimes, Kenya Barris, and David Benioff & D.B. Weiss as creative talents the streamer has added to its roster.
This news was expected, but I really enjoyed Stranger Things Season 3 and I’m happy to see it return. Teasing the show plans to venture outside the town of Hawkins is welcome as well, as I don’t won’t the show to keep repeating the same beats. I’m also looking forward to seeing what else The Duffer Brothers produce in the future. Check out the announcement trailer below.
