HBO’s upcoming Watchmen series continues to add to its impressive cast. The latest addition to the Damon Lindelof run series is Hong Chau.
Perhaps best known for her breakout role in Downsizing, Chau is set to play a key role on Watchmen. Not much is known about her character, aside from the fact she will be Vietnamese and called Lady T. Hong Chau joins a stacked cast including Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, and Louis Gossett Jr. to name a few.
Her casting announcement only increases my anticipation for the show. I first saw Chau in Amazon’s Homecoming where she has a small, but increasingly pivotal role as the season concludes . She was also excellent in the stand-alone episode of Forever with Jason Mitchell and hilarious on the latest season of Bojack Horseman as Pickles.
